Ridiculous decision from the ref to let them take that quick free kick from where he took it, could have lost us the game.

Amid all of this doom and gloom, I'd like to point out how good our back 4 were, both individually and as a team.

Both Jagielka and Mori made important interceptions/tackles and Galloway was just pure class.

Exciting stuff.

They were all brilliant, but I think we would've won that with Stones and Coleman in there.

Would've given us the confidence to push up a little more, and gave us more threat down the right flank. As you say though, defensively the lads barely put a foot wrong.

At the end of the day, they're made up with that point so I'm not happy with the result. We can add this to the epic list of missed opportunities in derbies.

Atkinson's done it again like. Last time he was too eager to send someone off, this time he was too scared to. Of course, both times it costs us.

Given he is only just off crutches, still a long way back for Baines. If Galloway can maintain this standard he will be difficult to dislodge.

Anybody he is a coward and could be martinez's achilles heel.
Should have dumped him in the summer a big mistake not getting a proper keeper

.....probably right but I'd be amazed if a new keeper isn't climbing that bit higher on the priority list. With an inexperienced back four he should be on the front foot coming for crosses.
