Much much better, second half defending back at last season's levels

It is obvious we are harassing the opposition more.

We've simply allowed people to play against us. You don't win matches without making the opposition's life a nightmare.

More tackling. Thats what I wanted to see and want to see maintained.

Great performance ! So pleased to see us looking like our old selves.

The league table doesn't make nice reading though we are 3 points from the relegation zone. We really really need wins now !

Some good performances when most expected us to lose. We're getting back to decent level. Ironically if anything maybe a little too direct at times, which meant ball kept coming back at us.

SO much better. Could have 3 points, but with some better finishing they could have too, so draw is probably a fair result. The performance was What this team should be. Martinez obviously has tweaked things to be a little more direct and that is heartening. He's not a robot. Lukaku as a beast today, and the grey ghost came through again. Stones might be our most valuable player. We're a different team with him in there.

Most organised we've been for ages.

While Barkley, McGeady, Besic didn't have the best of games, they were disciplined. Two banks of 4 and 5 in a straight line.

Almost a Moyes performance that.

We had chances too.

Rom has got back on form. He looks scary.
That's exactly it. McGeady and Naismith where brilliant defensively. Barkley wasn't as much involved in the game but being in the center it was probably due to City's passing being too good.

Naismith was our MOM.

I'll be happy if this means we are sorted out and have developed a playing style that suits us by the time UEFA ramps up.
