Not as excited as I should be. Truth be told dreading the fact that come Sunday the two teams I hate the most may have pasted us in a week. One on a particularly big stage. Thanks Martinez.

I'm taking the view that our feelings towards Martinez should not be considered from 17:15 until the final whistle - the Everton team is far far more important than him.

His fate will be decided by the powers that be one way or another, so let's get behind the (makeshift) Everton team.

Honestly, if we were to win, I would feel really uncomfortable with him taking in all the reflected glory like he no doubt would.

This doesn't mean that I won't be hoping with everything I have that we will win the match once it kicks off, but it will linger in my mind. It just means that even a win is unlikely to feel as good as it should.

Hoping we'll be competitive for at least the first 20 / 30 minutes and maybe nick one. After that, see Utd grinding us down with their superior organisation. If LVG has a brain, he'll stick Fellaini on our makeshift centre backs which will make life interesting.

He definitely has a brain mate ,have you seen the size of his head?

I know what you mean.

I want more than anything for us to win, but you just know that the snide will make out how his tactics pay off, etc.

I have a real dislike for Martinez now, and I don't think it'll ever shift.

I can't call myself a fan and say I want us to lose just so he gets sacked.
But if we do win, I hope it's from a moment of individual brilliance like Rom's first against Chelsea rather than anything to do with 'tactics'.

I'm not going to let Martinez ruin my day (until 17:15 anyway)! Tomorrow's not about him. COYB!
