I am angry pal, angry at people like you justifying that crap and accepting it.
I am with you mate, same old crappy football week after week, some people think the sun shines out of Ancelotti's backside I am not one of them. He plays the same way every week no matter who we are playing, not just teams like City. I have said this before, at least under big Dunk we showed some passion. I don't think when we get the crowds back we will put up with it.

We will cos not everyone is an internet crybaby and can actually see things run deeper than just what’s on the pitch

I go to football to watch what's on the pitch not what's runs deeper. What does runs deeper even mean. and regards crybaby I am entitled to my opinion after watching the blues for over 70 years. Its funny but I thought forums were all about opinions perhaps I'm wrong.

Squad depth and injuries that’s what, a fully fit and firing Everton beats City last night, hell a 75% like in the December/January run gets something. Last night we were playing without 4 key starters and another is still only 70-80% after a long layoff. We had next to nothing in terms of options on the bench, City could afford to bring on Mahrez and De Bruyne

I understand what you are saying about City's team last night so how are you explaining, Newcastle, Fulham, Brighton to name but a few. and don't all teams have injuries.

Newcastle and Fulham we flat out didn’t turn up simple as that, Brighton was earlier in the season when we won

I am only trying to point out that no matter who we play we always play the same crap football. Maybe you don't agree but that's your opinion and you are entitled to it, but I don't like it.

Years behind Leicester don’t mind City! Said it before question the Manager boring old Italian footie.

^^This, its what should be worrying Everton fans. Leicester are miles ahead of Everton and with far less outlay. The Leicester players have bite and cover far more ground and pass the ball far better than the over paid wasters we got.

Everton have been through a crap load of managers and its not the manager - its the players - most of them are just ****.

Go on ,keep sacking managers, keep the same dead wood.

Some fans it seems are wearing rose tinted glasses.

Digne, Keane, Godfrey, Allan, Doucoure, Rich, Lewin.

That's all the players I would keep for a starting 11, the rest are just not good enough. James - he is in injured 70% of the time, its not good enough - nor are anyone else in the entire squad tbh.

From these 7 players, I think they would at least challenge for a place in the starting 11 or be on the bench for sides challenging at the top

On paper we should be as good as Leicester, player for player. As a TEAM we don,t compare. But i seriously question would a single Everton player automatically get in a full strength Spurs side who at the moment are below us.

This goes back to what I posted about Sterling, actually you can enter any player for the top 4 sides (black or white to the poster who said I was racist)

Everton players just do not put in enough of an effort, they continually let themselves and fans down time and time again. Most of them are multi millionaires, they just are not trying hard enough and a summer clear-out is needed

AGAIN

Didn't you notice the vast difference in tactics comparing this match against Man City and the game at Anfield the other week? Absolutely no comparison.

Liverpool were there to be taken and Ancelotti had us attacking while having a solid defensive plan.

We would've been slaughtered by City if he'd gone into it with the same tactics.

Man City Bench on Sat
Ederson. Starts every week for us
Cancelo. Starts every week for us
Stones. Starts every week for us
Mahrez. Starts every week for us
De Bruyne. Starts every week for us
Rodrigo. Starts every week for us
Aguero. Starts every week for us if fit
Torres. And Mendy guaranteed on our Bench at least every week

Our Bench Keane Davies Iwobi
Maybe Keane gets in the City squad
That’s the difference and there is SFA Ancelotti can do about it at the moment

We are where we are and that is mainly down to mismanagement of transfer policy over the last few years. Unless Carlo is given a stellar transfer budget this summer say £150m+, which I doubt he is going to get, its going to take at least 2 or 3 years before we get to see a team that he really wants.

We all know where the weakness are, and so do the opposition managers too you know, so hopefully they can be sorted this summer window for 2 or 3 players who are starters and then lets see if we have made some progress next season when hopefully we have filled the right back issue etc. If we do nothing else this summer we do need a right back.

There is no magic wand here so lets give it some time. We've proved regularly swapping managers doesn't work for us!

If you want to build a team full of quality players there are only a tiny few other managers in world football who can attract the same players as Carlo, and of those they already have jobs at big clubs.
