I dont get the Anthony Gordon love in, has alot of the ball but does absolutely nothing with it....

He runs around a lot - which is more than the entire squad does. If the others put in half as much effort then we’d get safe.

IMO after midweek that is job done against a form team.

We have a foothold in this game and I expect Wolves to tail off their effort in the last 20 minutes after playing on Thursday.

The players lack quality and have shown week in week out that they also lack the fight to stop the decline into being relegated. What's on the pitch is just a consequence of board decisions that have created an atmosphere where players don't seem to care, they see underperforming players who have been at the club for years that are still seen as an integral part of the "Everton family", Nil satis nisi optimum has been completely scrubbed in favour of an external good guy image rather than what's best for the success of the team. A reset button would be nice, but unfortunately it'll take years to clear the rot.
