Anyway, voted for Gordon MOTM, he was the only one that looked arsed anyway. Richy lives offside, Godfrey & Holgate didn't do much wrong, Gray had a few good moments but distinctly average. Pickford was alright as well.

The rest should be very, very ashamed of themselves.

As a side note - expected more animosity from the Goodison crowd, not gonna lie.

I dont get the Anthony Gordon love in, has alot of the ball but does absolutely nothing with it....

I share your opinion to an extent, unfortunately he’s one of our most attacking outlets, that’s less an endorsement of his ability more an inditement of how poor we are.
His goal and assist return for appearances is rubbish but he’s young and shouldn’t have the weight of this squad on those shoulders.

The players aren't good enough. But there's no balance to the team. There's no game plan and that's down to management.

How many managers have we had though mate and they’ve all had the same problems with the this team, bar Ancelotti, who is one of the best managers in the world and Allardyce’s cameo ?

I don’t often agree with @davek, but he’s right when he says this is on the players.

Some have no guts, some aren’t arsed and some simply aren’t good enough.

Throw in the chaos that Benitez unleashed on the club and the years of mismanagement at every level of the club and this is the end product.
