Well. In Tyrer, 3 pen saves is superb and certainly made up for the equaliser
.....they put us through it, but put that game to bed and march on.

Thanks for that Ring master and also for the reports of the match, glad we have gone through but there is something missing from this team: Same as the first team, a leader and a shouter, someone to liven them up, I don’t think the coach motivates either having watched the Sunderland and read the reports of this game, take our foot off the pedal too easily and let the opposition back into the game, eight yellow cards as well, doesn’t look like they have much discipline about them.
It’s always interesting seeing the penalty takers, in this case Rhys Hughes, Hunt and Astley , all good clean strikers of the ball and all 1st year Scholars , bodes well ..... butthen again I’m looking for every positive I can find in our club at the moment

How we managed to get so many yellows without a Red must be some sort of record,1st game for 6 weeks as well,so 2nd half could be the reason why we sounded so bad,extra time we were just hanging on to pens,little rest before another cup game tuesday now

I didn’t realise we hadn’t played for six weeks, but surely we keep them primed at Finch Farm, it seems to me that we don’t take this competition as seriously we did a few years ago. Maybe we will buck up and improve further into the run.
