An odd one that. We let him go in July , officially too old for U18 but on the bench for them recently, I thought he may be getting time to find another club , but looks like he’s covering maybe for injuries.

An odd one that. We let him go in July , officially too old for U18 but on the bench for them recently, I thought he may be getting time to find another club , but looks like he’s covering maybe for injuries.

...might be that the club has to fulfil fixtures and needs goalkeeper resource for this season.

He isn't very good at football. Better than me i'm sure but still not very good. If Tom Davies is the future of England football and there are not more promising players in u21's grouping then there is a problem right there. We are talking about a country that has given some whoppers a cap though.

Very good finish, but ultimately one goal doesn't make a player. He is an absolute passenger 90% of the time.

It's my opinion of the player, is that not allowed on a public forum? He isn't very good, he has done next to nothing in an Everton shirt. Opinions can change, DCL didnt show anything of what he could become two years ago, now he has developed incredibly to his credit and against what I have said about him.

Tom Davies has done nothing to change that opinion, not even with a good goal against Andorra u21s.

Zero relevance, I am entitled to an opinion, just like you are. You are no more qualified than me to decide if those opinions are spot on or not. Just because I don't rate a player doesn't mean I am pushing an agenda.

My opinion is based on what I've seen and I cant list anything that Tom Davies is strong at on the pitch. Every player has faults, but the players that have been playing and getting results are all contributing something despite those faults. Unfortunately Tom doesn't contribute anything, he's not a strong passer, tackler, or fast and strong. He is a yellow card waiting to happen every game.
