Yeh I think at his age a loan like Derby, granted he played, would be really good. We'd be striker-less in the U21's after it but meh.

Can Derby take two players from the same club with them having Dobbin, I’m not sure of the rules? Certainly League 1 would be the right level for him, if as you say he gets games.
