good puff piece, a lot of it seems at odds with having a boring, dinosaur, conservative first team manager.

Sadly our DoFs of the people charged with creating a vision for the long term have never been given a say in the first team manager.

Based on that story I imagine Thelwell and his people would probably be very happy to go in a different direction. It’ll be interesting to see if the Friedkins listen to the internal thoughts on it or just do their own thing as Moshiri frequently has.
