Everton Youth Teams Thread

. If they brought 25, the other 9 must be staff/kids because only16 were suited and only 1 sub used.
Yeah think you're right in that it's down as "group of 25 players and staff " , 24 in the picture one taking the photo I guess , we are so cheap!!! On looking again it looked like about 18 kids but probably my " ... coaches looking younger all the time" syndrome.

It was hard to pick out much from that camera angle. Broadhead seemed to be playing deeper now Brewster is back and made some good runs. Yates at RB seems to have gone backwards this season, far from the payer who played RB for England u18, didn't show the ability to cross the ball he once had. Right at the end he should have crossed but overran it. Looked like he was so angry he went to kick the list and missed

They were set up 433 with Baningame holding, is that normal?

.....I thought our best player by some margin was the lad in central midfield but I'm not sure who it was. Whilst you couldn't question our commitment, for me the Mexicans had more quality. I know he didn't have a lot to do but the Mexican keeper made a truly fantastic save and was comfortable coming for crosses. He might just be special.

harrington?

....not sure, the camera angle was so far away I didn't even notice the ref was a lady!!

We had a tall, dark elegant midfielder who had a bit of quality on the ball, kept going and wasn't trying to prove himself via robust tackling. I thought he was comfortably the one to take out of the game.
Yes think it was baningime had a turn of pace too good under pressure on the ball too
