Everton Youth Teams Thread

This is precisely why I didn't go over there. I just did not feel up for spending $15 (a ridiculous amount for a youth match) and dealing with that lot for 2 hours.

Nah, wasn't bad except that every time a Tigres player made a half decent skill move they all exhaled in excitement. Good fun to see the lads play--too bad it's too far for me to catch more than one match.

Nice he's got his contract so early, always a good sign that they are rated if the contract comes soon after their 17th birthday. I don't think he's played that many U 21 PL games, but he's been used as a centre half , I.e stuck straight in as opposed to being gently introduced ar RB. Him and Foulds look impossibly thin for their height but plenty of time as both are 17 for them to fill out.

I'm presuming we have some u21 cup and league games coming up hence he's not in Dallas .Maybe it's an odd way for me to rate players but we've seemed to have kept our most promising 17 year olds back - Feeney, Evans , Foulds, Lavery, .Though of course the likes of Brewster, Broadhead, Baningime look promising and have done well at u18 level none have appeared in u21 squads, Ithink , unlike the previous four.
