Fulham, Fluminense and us were all group leaders, FC Dallas were runners up in the Fluminese group

Looks like viewers in the US that don't have TWC (most of the states) are geoblocked from the feed that I think that international users can access at dallascup.com, they seem to be showing the fulham game there at least but don't know for certain as...I'm geoblocked!

Question, not trying to be a nob but why do Americans have the same rhythm for every chant in every sport? to the tune of 'Lets go 'enter team name' clap clap clap clap (and repeat)????
