Looking at the matchday 18 yesterday. It was only kone from the senior squad who is fit and could of been added to that bench.
I think the 3 of dowell, kenny and pennington have been kept at the club for when injurys and suspensions kick on.
Which i think is a good thing

Oh yeah, wasent even on the bench yesterday. Anyway, my point still stands. If dowell, kenny and pennington sit tight. They may be able to get some game time if injurys and suspensions kick in.

At the very least they will probably be trsining with the first team every day

Yes hopefully Pennington can kick on quickly he is quick & our 3 senior centre halves are far too slow & all talk of challenging top four in my opinion will falter due to the centre half positions. I know Pennington probably won't change this but he at least offfers hope perhaps we should try him holgate & Williams

Blackburn have just GOT A PRETTY LUCKY LUCKY WIN v bottom placed sunderland with a winner comming in injury time,sunderland were the better team from 35mins onwards and deserved to win,blackburn even went down to 10 men for last 10mins after they had a defender sent off for arm swing/elbow,sunderland actually sounded like they were going to win,listerned to the whole game on radio,
that was there 2nd win in 3 games were the same player scored a winner in injury time

4th place - Blackburn rovers 37 points from 19 games
5th place - Everton 30 points from 18 games

Everton v blackburn next saturday is next game,11am kick off

Your a dedicated man to the youth thread, listening to Blackburn V Sunderland on a Saturday morning is taking it to hardcore levels.

I think somebody needs to start one of these Facebook petitions. Liam Walsh for Everton first team. So it can be debated in Parliament

My take was we should all buy team shirts with Walsh on the back! Highest shirt sales belonging to an u23!

His position has the highest amount of competition in the squad and we just promoted another youth player to that position too.

Im equally impatient but his time will come
