Everton Youth Teams Thread


Brilliant Brilliant!! This has been what we've been chasing all season In terms of trophies! A real tribute to the Golden Generation this and highlights that they truly are the best youth team in the country!

Dowell and Walsh the ever present in the line up must take huge praise along with Charsley. Having to see Davies go, Holgate and DCL come and go, Williams injured. But they stood up and were counted.

Couldn't be prouder of it were the first team!

Well done boys.. well done.
 
What I find surprising .. 47 goals scored at over 2 per game and the highest individual tally is 7. Shows the conveyor of players in and out.

Really is an opportunity to play some kids in the first team. Specifically Walsh, Kenny and Dowell could get a run surely!
 

That Sambou seems to score every time I check up on the games, anyone who's seen more of him, how far away from the first team do you reckon he is?

Quite a bit mate, missed quite a few chances last time out against Chelsea, but he might have been feeling the pressure a bit like a few others.
Other times i have seen him he looks a real find, mobile quite strong for his age, knows how to score quite exciting, do i think he will make it , yes has everything a modern striker needs just needs to grow into the role, year away at least from a first team game.
