Evertonians for change.

I doubt a billionaire businessman who doesn't even bother coming to games anymore would care one iota, let alone has ever even heard of any of these people (probably thinks the Falcon Blues and County Road Bobblers are NFL teams or something). Perhaps if GP was half empty every game for months he'd get the message, but I doubt the lastet leaflet from the latest protest group will get on his radar nevermind interest him.
Make enough noise and garner enough media attention, then he'll have to take notice.

It's so vague though. That could easily be read as an attack on the 6 year regime of Moshiri's rather than a muted condemnation of Kenwright.

If the feller named names he'd get at last some credit...but he's a spinless get who's devoted his whole career to being the arse wipe for a putrid regime.

This feller was part of the problem when working for them and spinning away against fan groups wanting more investemetn and avoiding setting up stadiums outside the city. I'll give him no credit whatsoever.
You're a tough one to please!

If Myers posted nothing.... It's exactly that.

He's posted a few lengthy paragraphs, and whilst it doesn't specifically name names, the implication is clear to all.

You can sit and moan about it not going far enough, and you're probably right, but like all these things..... It's better than nothing.

We have fans that (for whatever reason) hang onto Myers every word. They might start to think "Maybe the board is part of the problem!"

If it changes ONE person's mind it's worthwhile.

Sometimes I think you're deliberately obtuse just for a bit of sport lol

The guy is not one to take a jot over what fans think.

Only way is to hit him in the pocket

I fear relegation is the only way to shift him

It's too little too late.

People only use huge blocks of text like that to blunt their message.

Overall, he wants to be seen as part of the solution after years of being part of the problem...that's what annoys me.

Maybe. On the other hand, he is the owner, he doesn't 'have to' do anything. We've just had a season-long "strategic review" on the back of promises to sort the club out, and the result of that has been what? Putting Sharpie on the board to appease the fans for a bit. I doubt Moshiri cares enough to take notice of a bit of discontent tbh. Probably just all white noise to him by now.

It's not too late. The board is still in place.

Even if his motivation is self preservation and removing himself from the [Poor language removed] show it doesn't matter. It's the message that's clear to all (apart from you, obvs) that matters.

If it annoys you, that's your problem.

1001% spot on! If the ground was empty week after week he'd soon feel the pinch, but so long as it still full every week and the money rolls in, the fans can sings as many songs or write as many letters as they like for all he cares.

That's too heavy a price to pay.
If needs be though

The club can't be constantly in a relegation battle

Get rid of the overpaid, underworked jerks and build again

We may start buying players with potential and an increased resale value. Alien concept I know currently.

We cant embrace relegation.

WTF am I hearing here over the last few days?

When was it thought a good idea to be relegated?

FFS we should be banishing such thoughts not embracing them.

I said on the Everton Board thread that there seems to be some death cult on here at the moment thinking that the Championship is the solution.

It's not.

I don't think anyone wants relegation but plenty of clubs have been relegated, been rebuilt and come back better for it.

If the ultimate goal of all the protests is Moshiri to leave, then that's only happening one of two ways: either a buyer offers him a price that meets his desired ROI, or his asset loses a ton of cash from going out of the richest league in the world and he cuts his losses as quick as he can.

Might as well flip a coin for which will happen first.

Did Ashley leave Newcastle when they got relegated a few times?

Only we're already losing masses and masses of money.

Our revenue would drop by around 80m a year.

I'd be shocked if more than 5 players have relegation clauses (because, Everton)

We'd have to have a firesale, if you think our squad is packed with bang average now, just wait.

We could just as easily 'do a Sunderland' as bounce back.

Stop that crazy talk.
