Evertonians for change.

The board did it arse about tit once again, hiring a DoF after the manager, let him find the new boss and do his job while we have a transfer window and get us to June still a premier league club.
The longer we persist with Lampard the harder that will be.

After that, it's the board, they have to go, no arguments about it, Kenwright, DBB and Sharp especially, I don't know enough about Ingles.

After that, the real fight is getting Moshiri to sell up, to do that, we need someone that matches Moshiri's valuation of the club, he not just going to walk away.

We need to be pragmatic about this.
By all means a joint Lampard and the board out protest is viable.
You might not unite the fans by throwing the manager into this. Fans are united in their opposition of the board and owner. The manager is going to be sacked anyway so I dont see the point in a Lampard out protest. Plus we will have these fools appointing the next boss as well.

If fans don't want to push for Lampards dismissal sooner rather than later, I will respect that.

As said, this is about gauging how fans are feeling and pushing the matters they feel most passionate about and them been involved in that process and deciding what course of action we all take together.

Changing the manager and nothing else solves nothing. Weve tried that like 8 times now.

Moshiri out
Kenwright out
Sack the board

Those are the 3 things I will support any group in campaigning.

Exactly!
We need a new board much more than we need a new manager (although I have no doubt the latter should and will be the immediate action).
Getting a new owner and sacking of the board is where the greatest pressure from the fanbase should be placed.

The problem is, I am not sure how such a campaign can guarantee us a better replacement. The only way forward is to have an owner and board of professionals with a track record of actually successfully operating a multi-million/billion pound enterprise. A board that is structured correctly and in accordance with their individual skills and contribution. We need an owner who will hire the best CEO to head the business. Hire the best bean counters to handle the money. Hire the best football brains to handle the footy.

We need more than change for change's sake. We need a change for the better. That should be our demand, but, again, I am not sure how we leverage that.

Lampard is low down the list. A pointless change.

My priority (and has been since King's Dock/Fortress) is the removal of Kenwright and all his arse sniffers.

Look at this list. You can see its a near impossible job for any manager. The alarm bells should have sounded loud and long when Ancelotti said "I'm not a magician."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but only the owner can sack the Board and no one can sack the owner. Right?

Moshiri is in up to his eyeballs at Everton financially and would almost certainly lose money even if he could find a buyer, which
seems unlikely, anyway.

So, is it likely that the Board would resign and even if it did who would step in?

There are plenty of buyers out there.
Just depends on what moshiri wants to sell

Probably far more than they're prepared to pay. I've no idea how much he's spent on BMD and how much he owes, and I don't
believe that he's been able to do a lot of creative accounting to minimise it, as some claim. I could be wrong there, but I think he'd like to see it through and be there when we move in.

Yea, no idea how much he owes or is willing to sell for but there are buyers out there who are willing to spend big.
In a world of on demand content streaming, sport is one of the very few remaining real time entertainment experiences.
Basically, getting a guaranteed audience to tune in at a guaranteed time is a real rarity now and it's basically gold.
The PL is one of the elite sports brands on the planet and Everton are a recognized name (brand) within that.
Unfortunately, anyone with a stake in Everton knows this and likely wont sell without retaining at least a minority stake.
Unfortunately for Everton, any new owner would likely want a clean sweep and seeing that Moshiri is tied up with the weeds in the club and god knows where else, it's not an attractive proposition to have him as a minority shareholder.

There needs to be a tipping point where fans show, on TV to a global audience, that they've had enough. Then way more ex players, club employees and journalists will start to open up and pressure will build. This has already started with Stubbs.

There has been some talk about boycotting games but that's not going to work.
These people are only interested in the global image of their brand.
A few empty seats, even 10k empty seats wont phase them.
But chants, banners, really angry fans on TV is what will work. Fans need to take it right to the edge. Almost like the palace game but angry (not violent)
Other wealthy sports markets don't usually see this kind of passion and broadcasters will eat it up.

Anyway, I'm rambling now.
It's not too late.
I like the kind of talk I'm seeing online, the key is getting to online talk to happen in the stands.
To date, Kenwright has been a master at controlling the prevailing mood in Goodison.

You've, I think have nailed it, think we all know and for the most part, all pulling in the same direction.

Most are now accepting that Kenwright and the board are the issue.

I think we need to focus first on Kenwright, make him well aware he's no longer welcome. The harder part is getting that message out. It's well known that banners in the stadium are monitored.

The FA cup tomorrow could be a good place to start the message. Massive audience and harder for Kenwright to dictate what is on display.

Sort something out for tomorrows game - get it all over ITV and keep the pressure mounting.

Contact more ex players like Stubbs to see if they will open their traps and keep cranking the volume.

Even Alan myers has broken ranks now.

It's also on ESPN+ here in the states where there'll be a lot of corporate interest in both clubs.
I think the away crowd contains a far higher % of fans motivated for change.
It's short notice but it's the perfect opportunity to make voices heard.

Saw this on twitter earlier, it's good to see the fan groups trying to collaborate and work together finally.

My only concern again is lack of further engagement with fans to gauge their feelings and worries but for me it's a step in the right direction.
