Evertonians for change.

Even if it's not me, hopefully other fan groups see this and learn their lessons.

For me it's got to be:
Board out and replaced with competent business/football board members.
Lampard relieved of duties, he's going to take us down.
No more jobs for the boys.
Kenwright stripped of any power or say.

Ideally Moshiri sells up but I'm realistic in that requires a buyer meeting Moshiri's valuation.
Thats not a plan though, thats just a list of things you would like to happen, with no idea if any of it would be beneficial.

If you're going to be that vague, heres my own 8 point succession plan:

Board to be replaced with the best Chairman and the best CEO from any supposedly comparable business relevant to running a football club. If in doubt, just headhunt the board of Man City and Brighton for some reason.

Dont necessarily sack Lampard, but insist and ensure that we score more goals and win more games. Preferably at a rate of somewhere around 2.3 points per game.

Kits should be classic, yet futuristic, and sponsors should pay us twice the amount to not spoil the shirts with their logos. Home shirts by Adidas, away shirts by Nike.

Jobs for the boys are as legitimate as any other post, as long as they are people that everyone who claims to have watched an Everton game can agree in unison to liking, and for only as long as this proves to be the case.

Only sign future world player of the years, or at least of equal potential, and only for less than the going rate, and on half of the required wage.

Sell the club to richest owners with the best minds for business, who spend frivolously and have no desire for a return on investment and are only concerned with what a few thousand scousers think. Preferably middle Eastern or American, but also preferably neither.

Cease building of the new stadium until plans are finalised to increase capacity to 61,878. In the meantime, while that is being built, increase capacity at Goodison to 81,878 for the final season so everyone gets a seat.

Agree to never lose a derby again.

The whole point of the thread is to put forward ideas and plans, to be constructive as a group to help build a general consensus of how best to move forward.
To do that, first it has to be agreed on what we would want to achieve. To do that, we need a general consensus of that.
This is supposed to be fans working together as fans to deliver change.

I understand the point of it.

But sack the board and manager and no more jobs for the boys is not a plan, its just 2 massively overused soundbites.

It might not be a plan currently but its the ultimate goal.
It's what we need to strive for.
The plan is how we would go about that and make it a reality. That can only come with teamwork and showing a united front against the [Poor language removed] show of shambles currently in place.
You might think it vague but it was only initiated this morning.

Reading the thread and liking your approach until the bit where you suggested Southall to go on the board. Really? It's laughable how many on here have a go at ex players and jobs for the boys only to back the likes of Big Nev on account of the odd twitter soundbite.

He was probably our greatest ever player but has absolutely no credentials to be on the board.
I'd have him on the board solely to sit on Bill Kenwright.

With us dropping into the bottom 3 and likely to be out of the FA cup at the weekend, it's even more imperative that we fight for change.

Personally my opinion is to push for Frank Lampard's dismissal so we stand a chance of survival.

My question to all of you is how should we go about in getting out message across to the board that we demand change and demand better?

Evertonians for change sounds very "Fathers for justicey".

I'm not holding out much hope for them 3.

My opinion is that the removal of Moshiri and the board far exceeds the managerial position in terms of importance.

Lampard will inevitably be sacked soon but there are no foundations here for any manager to be successful. Lampard is not the solution but he's not the problem either. The fault lies far above the manager, and the fact we have had 8 bosses in 9 years proves it.

interesting to see all those backing kenwright in the fan media slowly backing away now they can see which way the wind is blowing. all culpable in my eyes. clubs been dying for a long time ,shame they valued access and main stand comfy seats ahead of there club

Lampards dismissal is the one we can affect quickest and most realistic.
We need that chance for a new manager bounce.

Then we can work on the board, that's stage two.

Moshiri is going to be the ultimate but hardest goal, he owns the club, the only way we will get him out is by selling. He won't sell unless the financial offer is correct

I dont agree personally.

This goes far and away above managers. The blame lies at owner and board room level. The manager will be sacked though, its becoming inevitable. Lampard deserves to be sacked but there is no platform for a manager to be a success.

I will support any campaign which asks for the removal of the owner, chairman and board.

The board did it arse about tit once again, hiring a DoF after the manager, let him find the new boss and do his job while we have a transfer window and get us to June still a premier league club.
The longer we persist with Lampard the harder that will be.

After that, it's the board, they have to go, no arguments about it, Kenwright, DBB and Sharp especially, I don't know enough about Ingles.

After that, the real fight is getting Moshiri to sell up, to do that, we need someone that matches Moshiri's valuation of the club, he not just going to walk away.

We need to be pragmatic about this.
By all means a joint Lampard and the board out protest is viable.
