Just said on the TV that the track does not dry very well but drains well. I suppose that means standing water goes but the surface remains wet ?The rain is horrific at the moment, so they've delayed the start. It'll be interesting if the rain stops and how quickly the track dries.

If it's been changed to 3 hrs from proposed start time we may have another Spa fiasco.

Sky were adamant it was from the original race time, per the rules. Once again, we have a situation where there’s uncertainty over the regs.There is some debate about potential length of race owing to confusion in the sporting regulations. We are being told that the three-hour window is from the new, not original, start time. So if the race starts at 21:05, it must finish by 00:05 (17:05 UK).
