It’s a shame Max’s race wasn’t over after trying his usual trick of trying to run the car in front off the track at a corner.
Piastri knackered his race standing up to him. Someone had to hold their ground against him at some point.

Shame the McLaren upturn / Red Bull dropoff didn't come about a little earlier in the season but hopefully it's all up in the air next year and Ferrari & Mercedes can make it 4 genuinely competitive teams.

Plenty of driver movement and new faces which hasn't always been the case as well.

I've got money on Norris for WDC next year. Got on at 7-1 I think, now he's in to 3-1 (Paddy Power). Lewis is a good outside bet at 10-1 atm. Meant to put money on Norris e/w this year, but forgot to do it before the season.

No surprise here. Apparently straight choice between Lawson and Tsunoda with Lawson expected to get it.

Don’t think Tsunoda is good enough personally. Lawson seems alright and is the more likely to improve, so I can see why he’d be favourite to replace Perez.

They might want a more experienced driver that won’t be as effected by Max’s unpleasant antics.

There’s not really anyone else who could realistically go there sadly now. I would have liked Sainz before his move to have gone there but the team knew they’d clash from been teammates previously

They need a Bottas. Someone who's happy being close enough to pick up the pieces when Max dnfs etc, or challenges when he's having a bad day/weekend, and pick up good points when he's not. Preferably someone who likes their car to drive similarly to how Max likes as well. Don't know enough about Lawson to say if he's the right fit or not, but seems decently quick and not afraid to get his elbows out/nose out of place.

I was thinking of him but Bottas already said he’d spoke with the team and someone within RedBull wasn’t keen on the idea.

He wasn’t as bad as his results showed. The Sauber team this year was abysmal and one of the worst teams for some years I’d say.
