FA Cup Winners or Champions League - Poll added

Normally I'd say FA Cup, but this season we need champions league to keep some of our players (like Richarlison) and get better ones. So while FA Cup would be cool, get the champions league, and have another crack at the FA Cup next season.

One league game at a time?

Go all out to beat city when the cup comes around

Then 1 league game at a time.
 

Getting champions league will lead to the club moving forward, better players, higher income, etc. Will lead to more chances of cup wins in the future. Also it might be easier to get top 4 seen as we have City next round
 
Playing in the Champions League gives us the opportunity to play the likes of Barcelona, Real, Bayern, Juventus and so on. These are the games that will put this club on the map. At the minute apart from to us we are deemed our cities 2nd team. Champions League is the only way of changing this perception. When we have played in the Champions League for a few seasons it will give us the chance to compete on all fronts. No more buying Swanseas best players we will be competing for the best players everywhere and not just because of our manager.
 
FA Cup. Rids us of that deadweight around our necks of being perennial underachievers and chokers. I remember going to the Final in 95 and us all going on about how it had been “8 long years since we won anything”! As a club, we have only won 15 major trophies in our entire history. We need to start adding to the list (understatement). With Ancellotti, we can build from there. Would have a good chance of winning Europa with him in charge which ultimately brings Champs League anyway.
 
I get the point of the thread is to understand what is more important to people but if we beat city it’s gonna give us massive momentum and confidence and should push us to believe we are good enough for top 4 top. One helps the other for me. As to what’s more important, I go 4th. My reason is what I want more than anything is for this team to win the league. For Carlo to get us challenging to win the league he needs better players. Too attract better players he needs to offer them champions league footy. However I still see the city game as our most important game of the season. We shouldn’t be prioritising either competition.
 

This season - CL qualification.

Trophies won in front on no crowds are dour hollow wins. If I see a cup winning goal I also wanna see limbs.

Carlo will deliver us to top 4, if not this year then next. I genuinely think CL this season is too early ( WBA just bummed out midfield what will Munich do???) running before you can walk and all, so like the other thread it’s still cup. Winning the FA Cup could help instil a winners mentality, plus who celebrates qualifying for anything.
