Fabian Delph

Things are really bad if anyone is considering him a saviour. Waste of money and a seemingly tithead to boot, get him out.

It’s turned from criticism of an Everton player into outright bullying from cowards who want to make themselves better at putting a decent human down. A shame but it brings me comfort of the inner turmoil and insecurity this psychological slugs must endure daily to make them hate in this way.

Needs to start if fit, even if he's injured again next week. Better than Gomes, and Allan is unavailable. We have nobody else. Delph and Doucouré it will be.

Nice to see Fabian Delph fit and available for selection again, now if he can just stay injury-free for the rest of the sea... oh what's the point? It's not going to happen and I'm only fooling myself by thinking otherwise.

I, along with many posters on this forum, would have gladly have never wanted to see Delph play for Everton ever again, however those who run the club have now brought us to the state were he is the best option open to us. Hopefully he has been so distant from the current first team squad that their bad habits haven't polluted him. I can't believe I am advocating for a sick note to save our Premier League status but it going to take something out of the ordinary to get us playing.

Frank Lampard has got to boost Delph, increase his confidence, tell him he's great, that the team's counting on him, that he's the man who will save Everton. Do this until the end of May or whenever Delph next gets injured, then release him in the summer to make sure he never plays for us again.

His contract is up this year, so he’s gone no matter what mate.
