Agree. We need action not a miracle !
1 point to safety, 2 points from 14th.

I know the direction for us is down, but we also have to stop stabbing ourselves in the head believing all is lost with 18 gamnes to go to make up that deficit.

The death cult lot can GTF as far as I;lm concerned.

I detest anyone who talks up "the benefits of relegation". Those people are alien to me. Thankfully.

Does it ever get to the stage that they are just not good enough? Certainly on a consistent basis. Is there a reason why for almost 4 or 5 years almost every game we play we lack possession. Some teams play that way. Leicester won the league playing jamie vardy on the counter. But that team actually had really good players. Kante, mahrez...

I just dont see any quality. Play as many formations as you like. If you dont have good enough players, over a period of time it collapses. Like now.
There is enough here that we should be at least getting a few more draws than we are.

I totally agree but things need to change and fast as at the moment, I just don't see where the next win is coming from.

But I hope you are right
We need Lampard out and a new manager to galvanise the club. Minimum. We also need two new players in to get us some goals.

If we do that I still fancy us to stay up.

Mathematically it is there to be done. In fact, if we made the right moves for a manager and players is easily achievable.

Dont let the death cult on here persuade you otherswise.

From the BBC sports pages...

The Everton team coach is greeted by hundreds of supporters with blue flares being held

The Everton coach arrived through a sea of blue smoke as supporters cheer the arrival of their team before kick-off

While the anger at the club's owners is the culmination of several seasons of struggle and what fans perceive as poor decision-making at board level, the sense that they were behind the players was strong in the build-up to Saturday's game.
In scenes reminiscent of last year, when supporters were praised for being Everton's 12th man in their bid to retain their Premier League status, huge numbers lined the streets around Goodison Park, letting off blue flares as the team coach arrived.
That positive atmosphere extended to the start of the match as the players came out but by full-time those same players left the pitch to boos, with only Amadou Onana, scorer of Everton's goal, being applauded as he made his way to the tunnel.....

must have been at a different game to Sky
I’m going to start buying some shares in Blue Flare manufacturers - demand Is on the up!

19 games isn't the end of the season. Far from it.

A Few draws. Hardly fills me with confidence mate but you're probably right that a few draws more is only where its at.
Its not new though. Been watching Everton players for a while now who have so little composure. You hardly ever see an Everton player weight a pass well. Just little things like that all add up.

Id like the club to acknowledge or clarify it given the scope of reporting.

Im just playing devils advocate though, say it happened and DBB as CEO said, she didn’t want to report to try and convey unity and protect the reputation of the club - she has that right as a citizen, the club can’t force her. Not saying that happened, but not impossible either.

I agree though - the club is damned if they do or don’t here, but I think clarity is needed.
Don’t think it works like that anymore regarding her not wanting to report it, if it’s witnessed the police can prosecute without the permission of the victim

What if it’s true though?
I'm surprised how few people are asking this.

I know we all want it to be made up, because that slots nicely into the current view of the board by the fanbase.

But we really don't know - and it makes me a bit uncomfortable how easily so many presume a story about a woman being assaulted must be a lie.

We need to put a mid on this now and focus on what's possible. Safety.

Get a new manager in and get a couple of wins in the coming weeks and all this settles down.

The only people who want to carry this farrago on I'll presume to actively want to see Everton relegated.

Nope

No one wants to see Everton relegated, but the board and Moshiri are the only people to blame if it happens.

You do not support Moshiri or the board but don't support protesters either. I don't get it. You said we should have protested earlier and I agree but you didn't support the attempts last season either.

Technically not, but in practice very unlikely the CPS would proceed with a case with DBB as a hostile witness.
