I've always loved Alabama's stadium. It'd be impossible to do in England like, but i've always loved the Titan's ground in Nashville:

I'd like to see a view of the field picture from the top tier. Probably not even worth being there.

I would love to renovate the bullens and gwladys, removing the posts completely and adding a row of boxes at the back of the upper tier on each. Then rebuild the other two sides with steep double tiered stands, relocating the church for space.

What gets me is that the houses around Goodison will be amongst the cheapest in the country. Surely we could buy enough on one side of hte ground for the cost of a no mark player.

People will argue it may take years, well this moving ground business has lasted 15 years so far.

From someone who's never been there, there must be some other reason.

I mean are they heritage listed? Is there any cultural significance to them?? To me they just look like the same houses that are around everywhere. They look like they need knocking down. So someone has to move three streets over. The Houses immediately around Goodison should have known the Stadium would expand at some point and should have been in the fine print in buying houses on those streets.

There's a School on there? Hello Government Money to relocate. Seems to me like the Club should have bought up the surrounding land down the years and just expanded.

My choice would have to be Estado Municipal de Aveiro, a.k.a. the Circus from Euro 2004. Wonderful stadium, and actually to me the main thing is the colours which is completely doable without spending silly amounts...

The Peel Holdings dock site is massive. Is it a possibility to incorporate a stadium in there too. With the economy in the toilet I would guess any tenant regardless of what it is is better than nothing.
