Only because of what we saw the previous season, at one point I feared relegation.

Not really, it was just looking at the wage bill and players he had to work with and try and replace on a budget.

I think if he was still here we would have signed some quality players this summer who fit his style better. Lets see how he gets on with belgium.

Romelu and Mirallas will get Martinez the sack. Im saying around the 17th minute of game number one.

If we were top 6, in Europe, where we should have been, instead of two bottom half finishes, then we'd find it easier to get top players to sign.

They look at our league form recently and swerve us, that is directly down to that fraud your worshipped, if it was up to you he'd still be here, imagine that, I shudder at the thought of it.

How can you judge Moshiri after 5 months yet 2 years of crap results under Martinez you were still saying give him more time, ironic that isn't it.
Hold on, weren't we promised the Moshiri Effect? Never mind top players wanting to join us for the experience of a EL campaign slog (unlikley), the draw was supposed to be Koeman as a manager and Moshiri's vision for the club.

Well that was always fanciful, imo. The bottom line here is that the early plan over-reached and any notion that top players would arrive should have been ditched early on in the window when they started dragging their feet and playing a game; at that point a Plan B should have been up and running leaving us lots of time to get secondary targets in (that's giving the benefit of the doubt that we weren't still in a sell to buy holding pattern, as per).

Dont make excuses for these people. They hire a lot of people to do that for them without fans contributing.

I like how we have taken 4 of 6 points, and a cup win to start out Moshiri's tenure as owner, and already people are blasting him as doing poorly based on their pretend knowledge of whats going on behind the scenes.

Only results matter, and results will be born out at the end of the season.

Lets build a statue of him, What a winner

More than happy to acknowledge that when it happens. If this feller comes in and gets it right on and off the field then we should build a statue to him.

All we have so far by and large though is the same old same old with a sweepingly positive narrative established at the beginning of summer that now looks a bit of a stretch.

Well said.

And again, spot on.
