@Duncan Disordely just had a look at Carroch Holdings and Kirkton Investments and neither have filed annual returns yet according to the IOM Registry. Can't remember if it's 28 days or a month that the AR needs to be filed by, but if the companies are to remain in good standing the latest date for filing is 5th September (2nd if 28 days)
Everton Football club appears not to have filed it's Confirmation Statement on time, but as it would be a paper filing with Companies House will have to be added manually, so may be sat there waiting to be input/scanned. Can't do an online filing for a company with over 1000 shareholders,

Martinez cannot be held to blame for this disastrous shambles of a transfer window. After all the RS had Brenda in charge and manure had Van Ghoul - both one man wrecking crews the pair of them, but they still spent money this summer. The blame lies with Moshiri.

Maybe and I hate to disparage you for positive thinking because I will not hide the fact that I am still pissed off, but they apparently had the money available and they had months to get in the targets they wanted. Instead they spent the majority of their money within a week of stones being sold and waited until the last day to do the rest of their business and got burned. This says to me either the money isn't there and/or the management team is still inept.

Moshiri is rich, but I don't think he is prepared to spend. I don't think the budget was anything like as big as we think.

He said he'd give us everything he's got, but he used to be at Arsenal remember, who hate spending!
