Can you please explain how he'll be taking money out Dave? Thanks
He can pay dividends cant he? He can sell on eventually for a massive profit on his shares. Two ways of taking out.

But as you well know my real point was to juxtapose the massive promises of spending with what we've seen so far.

You need to read the post again.

You're welcome.

OK read the post again, from one transfer window you believe that he will take money out the club, how will he achieve that mate ?

As I have said in my post we have tried to sign the marquee players (even bells like Sissoko) but we were turned down. You can say the club we naïve or utterly rubbish and useless at convincing players to sign then I'm with you on that.

But taking money out ....please explain

So the ECHO, a rag that is really close to Everton, now gets an inside confirmation Moshiri sent that statement to the Everton PR machine that is Sky's Jim White.

Pinch and salt, the ECHO have been had, by a sarcastic employee of Everton as I just don't buy a private man like Moshiri having Jim White as a trusted confidante, never mind feeding such a statement to him.

The point I was making mate, was that the charge itself does not signify lending has occurred - it could be a secured facility to drawdown as/if required.

I can understand that long term debt might not be paid off as its not a big issue now that TV money makes repayments comfortable plus it's not always worth paying the early payment penalties. I can't get my head round Everton continuing to use loans from these companies that just offer short-term loans at about 10% interest, particularly as cash flow shouldn't be a problem now. Moshiri is a finance guy, he can get a better deal than that and there's no way he's funding parts of the stadium build through year-long high interest debt. What the hell is going on?

Not really any conspiracy theorising taking place though is there?

Squad investment was promised...not only didn't we get it, the club raked in £3M on the window.
We have a billionaire on the board...and are still using loan facilities with tuppence ha'penny Isle of Man financial vehicles.
Talk of a land deal for a stadium...not a dickie bird to suggest we're one inch further forward on the matter.

Maybe you see conspiracy theory there; the rest of us see very real anomalies that need explaining.

You lot cannot be positive, it's quite sad really. Strong manager and management team in place, 7 points out of 9 and not looking to shabby yet you still need to find issues.

Be happy, it'll help

Did Morshiri actually ever personally make a promise of massive spending?

Why is it ?
Why is it? Because he saw his arse on the final day of the transfer window and knew the summer was a poor performance from him and his team and he placed some cack handed final hour bid that was pure Kenwright era farce and then garbled some half baked illogical 'explanation' of why it fell through to a screaming maniac in the Sky Sports studio.

Done it.

Btw, anyone thinking the Sissoko deal was on the level need to give their heads a wobble.

That was an old skool production from the Everton Phantom Bids corp.

I think we need to remember the time scale in which Koeman and in particular Walsh had to work in.
The players were not back into training until the first week in July and before he could identify targets he had to assess the squad.
I think maybe a little patience is called for.

He had months to watch 8 or 9 hours of solid Everton highlights clips off MOTD, and realise that Niasse and Kone were not in any of them, thus realising we probably needed a striker..

It also shouldn't take 2 months before realising that actually if you have a load of quick wingers, spending your most money on a quick winger may not be the best answer either..

That aside, looks to have done well with Gueye and Williams.

In a hundred pages we've had:
He has no money
He's just a front man for kenwright
The stadium talk is just talk
He's going to asset strip the club
He's going to start pocketing money out if the club
He lives in a bedsit

If I haven't said it before, bloody marvellous chaps. RAWK to a whole new level of conspiracy
