I think you're desperate for the current Everton regime to fail. You've done nothing but snipe since you've been back, which is fine BTW, that's your prerogative, but based on the start you're in for a miserable season.

Lol.

You say I cant let it go.

Stop trying to hide this Moshiri feller behind Martinez and Kenwright.
I'm not mate, it's the other way around, you're finding negatives because they got shut, it's obvious.

Never after a win last season would you have questioned Martinez tactics, yet you have this season after victories, wonder why?

So can someone try and explain to me why we would bother putting in the bid for Sissoko in the first place if we never meant to sign him because we're loyal to James McCarthy and we're a family club?

Better yet, why would signing Sissoko mean we aren't loyal or a family club anymore (Besides the fact he is a bell)?

@Moomin ?

Oh. Thanks Esk.

So we havnt, but have the facility open still? Like them weird save and borrow bank accounts in the 80s.

The point I was making mate, was that the charge itself does not signify lending has occurred - it could be a secured facility to drawdown as/if required.

@Sapie88 @Chico Here's one I made earlier

I am a simple soul, with simple needs who needs things explained simply, so my questions are as follows:-

If the Pru/AIB loan has been repaid, why is the whole structure in place to facilitate it?

If the loan taken out last season from JG/RMF has been repaid, and a new charge registered for this coming year, why has the old charge not been removed at the same time - would make sense?

Why do we need the facility if FM has put the significant amounts of money in that are claimed?

You see, if Moshiri had put in the alleged 65(?) mil, the transfers are probably more or less self financing, the AIB loan stood at about 20 mil so that leaves 45 mil (allow for early repayment penalty, say 40m minimum. The JG loan was allegedly paid out of the PL payment in May so still 40mil working capital in the bank.

Suddenly, come August we feel the need to borrow or pledge our rights in anticipation of borrowing from RMF again which is a short term solution.

Sorry - I just don't get it.

Basically, either EFC are still unusually bad still at filing the satisfaction of charges or the debt is outstanding - take your pick.

The good news is that it is a criminal offence and charges may be taken against the company and it's directors for late submission of the Confirmation Statement. Now it may have been filed on time as it needs to be done manually, but I like to think that a 6am raid on the directors homes is imminent. Small pleasures.

The total absence of information (about ANYTHING) coming from the club is unnerving. It's a void that is being filled by all sorts of unpleasant rumours - how can the club think that this is a good policy?
I am praying for a positive statement about the new stadium to calm fears (fears which I am begiining to have, tbh).
Who is unnerved ?
I for one am not
Time to look forwards ... Good business over all done this week.
Squad stronger ...
New stadium closer than ever ....
New regime had a difficult few days but for those of you with experience of top level management and high performing teams they dont get anywhere near PERFORMING until they have suffered through some turmoil together.
The process, according to Tuckman is
Forming .. The gathering together of a nominal team..
Storming ... The jockeying for position in a state of turmoil and flux ...
Norming .... Post storm settling and finally
PERFORMING at a high level
I firmly believe the last few days of this window will have been great for our new management team's development
It's all going to keep growing better . ( NOT WETTER )

I can explain it mate: it's the work of a panicked man well out of his depth in the football industry who could take lessons off even Kenwright on how to conduct himself in the media.

No mate, not if his first transfer window is anything to go by. At this stage he looks like he'll be taking more money out than putting in.

What's he taken out then Dave ?

Got a breakdown of the monies he has "Taken out" that's quite a serious allegation mate

People are making out we signed no one when we made 5 signing in that window, yeah we didn't get the players we wanted but it was not for the lack of trying.

Judging on these last few days, it is difficult to argue with that.

ATM it looks like a right balls up.

It just doesn't make sense that we'd put the bid in on deadline day and go to the trouble of getting a plane together only to later come out and say (after he signed for Spurs mind) that we couldn't go through with the deal because it would jeopardize the amount of time McCarthy (Who's been dropped for Gueye already) would get. He might as well as said Cleverley or Gibson for all the sense this makes.

The knives are out as we haven't spent like a drunken sailor in the new owners first window and nailed our targets, disappointing yes, the end of the World and a sure fire sign that the new owner is somehow not what he purports to be?
Well I should now point out something. Ok don't get me wrong because you seem like a fair gent, but I think it's that this man hasn't actually purported to be anything, we don't know enough about his intentions. I think he needs to provide some communication.

And can I stroke your moggie heehee.

Thanks, Terry.
