And you seem to think the cake tasted lovely, after you dipped your finger into the mixing bowl, the oven hasnt even been switched on yet.

Not quite; I've seen the recipe and the ingredients, and it's looks like all is is ready to bake a good cake.

The cook looks suitably qualified but it may take a few batches for the customers to get comfortable, but you never know, he could even get a Michelin star.

Or maybe not, but there's no cake yet, so we don't know....

He honestly hasn't done anything. Sacking an utter clown isn't something worthy of praise, it's what anyone with half a brain would have done. You could even argue that he left it well too late. There's no way we should have gone to Wembley with Martinez in charge.

We never had the money to sack Martinez because he was given a ridiculously long contract and we didn't have a pot to piss in. He would've still been here, Kenwright was nearly in tears when he went. Moshiri righted a wrong with hard cash.

Where does the "start" of the season end?

We have taken two points......two points.....from the last nine on offer.

And let's be honest, but for an eagle eyed linesman spotting a Palace player flexing his neck muscles and two City players missing penalties, it would have been nul points from nine.

And in none of those three games did we play well.

The way I see it, we are almost quarter way through the season and at the moment we are failing to capitalise on what was an excellent start to it.

And have dropped down the table accordingly.
It doesnt matter where the "start" is, when you are at "the best we have ever been at this stage", then why in the world are you criticizing the current players and coaches? Why? Because the reality is some people just see everything in life as negative, and theres nothing anyone can do about that. Finishing second would just have them moaning we havent finished first. Its just very grating to people actually trying to enjoy one of the best Everton autumns ever.

Was quite clearly a shocking window, and those who at the time said that it was 'good' (you know who you are), need to [Poor language removed] and support Palace or West Brom.
