lol

Not one person can actually debate the FACTS I stated.

Can't wait for the epic u-turns when the new stadium is announced.

Not being funny, but all you've said is hearsay and moaned about anyone being a bit pessimistic.

I'm sorry but I've witnessed a lot of broken promises and false dawns when it comes to Everton, so I'll be a little bit skeptical if that's OK with you.

The change of manager isn't hearsay.
Money spent on players isn't hearsay.
First bit of actual money spent on Goodison in 23 years isn't hearsay.
Mayor of the city meeting him in his London office isn't hearsay.
Koeman and Walsh saying how impressed they were by Moshiri isn't hearsay.
Lukaku staying isn't hearsay.
Entire club board and mayor of city visiting the likely site of the new stadium isn't hearsay.

This is Hear'say.

Well give me one reason why Moshiri would buy half the Everton shares and go to the Dock to look round if he was not interested. Maybe being a billionaire he's got nothing better to do?

Just to play devils advocate, true blue holdings had more shares and a longer timeframe yet still didn't get it through.

I'm not sure how what you've posted can be constituted as conclusive proof it's happening when we've been much much further down the line at least twice and probably 3 times in the last 15 years

Sweet Jesus, that's poor.

Martinez was gone if Kenwright was still in charge.

A lot more money has been spent on Goodison in the past ten years on the lounges than the cladding.

Money spent on players??? record TV deal and rumours of a 100 million on players in May downplays this.

Employees getting paid a vast amount to say good things about the boss!!! Moyes said plenty of brilliant things about Kenwright.

Lukaku was signing a new contract, he hasn't as of yet.

Club and board had pictures on kings dock and it never happened.

I'm not telling lies, all true.

The new stadium and a couple of top players will be the last piece of puzzle. Please spend huge come January.
