Some doSo much so that we gave a manager who specialized in them a guard of honour for when he jibbed us off.
We seem to accept top 6/7 when it suits us I reckon.

There used to be a poster called 'Rupert's Tower' on Kipper who used to rally manfully against any criticism of Board, owners and the mere suggestion of P. Green having any involvement. Incredibly, it turned out this was actually Everton PR man Ian Ross behind the account. You can usually tell when a poster takes a very aggressive stance defending all things Everton leaders. It was a little like this actually;
As ever, make of that what you will / the plot thickens.
Well, how many times did we see last minute bids fall through under Kenwright? The facts, shorn of all the spin, are that we paid out £3M less than we took in.
Dialogue: as I recall that was one of the first things people stated they wanted when they heard a new owner was coming in. That's been a massive failure. Not one meaningful word on the plans this feller has. That situation would never have happened at any other club with pretensions of going to the top (or to stay there). Talk about a Peoples' Club is a hollow phrase when even the Kopites would get chapter and verse from new owners concerning intentions and plan of action/timescale etc.
Seriously, what has he actually done that's worthy of all the backlash to any criticism of him?
He's sacked an absolutely woeful manager which is something that I don't think is worthy of praise, it's what anyone would do. You could argue that he waited way too long. There's no way we should have gone to Wembley with Martinez in charge, especially after the Anfield debacle.
He's hired Koeman and Walsh. Time will tell if Koeman's good appointment. Remember when half the forum thought Martinez was the second coming chirst in 2014? I don't even know what Walsh actually does, it's not like he's finding us hidden gems like he did at Leciester. Gueye, Williams and Bolasie were all Premier League players and Valencia doesn't even look like a footballer.
In the summer we had a negative net spend and were seemingly sell to buy. Kenwright would have been absolutely slaughtered for that transfer window. A negative net spend with the amount of money in the game now plus his supposed 'investment' is beyond ridiculous and now we're short in several key positions across the pitch. I'm not going to even bother going into that Jim White fiasco.
Sorry but I honestly don't see that much of a difference between this fella and Kenwright.
Sorry to disappoint you and spoil your ridiculous conspiracy theory, but I am not a 'club insider/employee/Ian Ross/Lord Lucan/Shergar/Or anyone else you suggest'.
I do not have any ulterior motives. All you've done is quote all my contributions to this thread, which simply show I have kept the same opinion all along that things are progressing well under Moshiri, far better than under that fraud Kenwright. There you go, I've applied the fraud description to the correct person. Also Robert Elstone, another fraud. Description applied correctly. Men with many years of abject failure under their belts at Everton - failed stadium moves, ground improvements, Everton Place in the Park End car park. Are we forgetting all of these failed things that occured under Kenwright's majority shareholder watch? Has Moshiri brought out a plan to decorate the outside of Goodison and seen it fail and not come to fruition under a mountain of red tape and then pretended plans were never brought out in the first place? No, he brought out plans to improve Goodison, and lo and behold, Goodison gets improved. Because he's a competent businessman with the funds to actually do stuff. Yeah, and people can scoff, 'it's only cladding' - it's a damn sight more than Kenwright ever did to the ground.
Yes, I am unashamedly a supporter of what Moshiri's doing. I realise that he's not a Sheikh and don't have unrealistic expectations regarding transfers. I do see though that he sacked a failing manager and appointed a far better one. I can see that this cost SUBSTANTIAL MONEY to do this. People can scoff and say 'It was a no-brainer to do this'. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED UNDER KEWNRIGHT if there was no Moshiri at Everton bankrolling it.
The Sissoko deal fell through because THE PLAYER had a last minute change of heart. How can you pin this on Moshiri? The money was there. The fee was agreed. A private plane (again paid for by Moshiri) was waiting to pick up the player!
I don't recall a massive desire to see dialogue when Moshiri first joined. Everyone knew at the time what Everton needed - a new manager and a new stadium. I don't want any claptrap about his aims to make Everton a giant again or some such bull. He's a businessman and an investor. He's here to be a success, unlike a Robert Earl who just sat on his shareholding and didn't invest a penny in the club. Moshiri has already attended something like at least 20 games since he became majority shareholder 9 months ago. Earl attended one game in his 10 years at the club. It's quite obvious that the man is committed. He's not exactly hiding. Just because he's not a publicity hound like other owners doesn't mean he should be viewed with suspicion. Yeah, lets have an owner like the Kopites who spouts off all the time but all he delivers a stand and plans to massive increase ticket prices, and then when everyone kicks off, declares that he won't fund further ground improvement out of his own pocket. Great owner he is.
The manager would not have been sacked at all but for Moshiri. Failure to see this point is embarrassing.
We've had two terrible seasons. We want to get back into the top 6 or 7. He hired a manager who's just had two consecutive top 7 finishes so he's not a one season fraud Martinez (there's that word again, correctly applied to the right person). Walsh was widely lauded for his work at Premier League Champions Leicester City and also at Chelsea. In case you forgot the transfer window isn't open right now. He arrived halfway through the previous one. His 'finding players' is planned out 2 to 3 windows in advance. Do some research on the subject. He's not David Blaine, he can't magic good players instantly.
We put bids in for lots of players but they wouldn't come to us because we've had a crap two seasons. You can have all the money in the world but you can't turn things around overnight.
Then you're not looking very hard enough and your avatar is a disgrace designed to troll people. Pity you weren't so vocal or had any such avatars regarding the many REAL frauds we've had at the club over the past 17 years.
