Has anyone threatened to bum @njligernj yet?

In all seriousness some interesting points, I agree with what kind of message it sends keeping that sleezy corrupt ballbag kenwright at the club, any businessman of any repute would volley him right out the door, still smells like jobs for the boys eight now, bill found a buyer who paid him and his mates out, and also kept him in tow, we haven't spent a penny apart from a pathetic facelift to goodison, just like when kenwright took over with his gravel. I know others are convinced on Moshiri, hopefully they are right, personally I'm still waiting to be impressed

Pathetic face-lift to Goodison? Is that really your view? Do you not think it was needed? Do you think it is a waste of time?

it's the first thing kenwright did when he took over also, while he pretended to look for a new stadium, history is repeating itself here, Moshiri needs to bring a bit more than a few LED's and a negitive net spend to the table, time will tell but the signs aren't promising, clearing that vulture kenwright out the club would be a nice start

What an interesting thread. It seems a little negative though, and we wouldn't want that. In a discussion about Moshiri, I'd normally question why is he deliberately and strategically refusing to buy the club outright, when he has the means to do so with ease? However posing a question like that is a little bit negative, and should therefore be completely ignored. We are much better off believing in 60 million pound fake bids, and worrying about James McCarthy's feelings, than actually taking a critical stance with club.

To be honest, it's comments like this that make criticality pointless when it comes to Everton. I've spent years hearing/reading that "Bill will never sell this club" and "Bill will die before he lets go of his train set" "Lol at those of you who even think the Club is for sale" and yet when he did sell the Club it wasn't quite good enough. He still owns a bit of it, so it doesn't count. He still has a job at the Club, so it doesn't count. He hand picked Moshiri so he could stay at the club, so it doesn't count.

So, by all means have doubts about Moshiri, voice them if you please. I think the "fake bid" things is cringeworthy and I find it embarrassing when people talk about it, but each to their own. But, if Moshiri does come good, I'd hope all of the doubters will have the good grace to acknowledge their error in a way that they haven't done in regard to Bill selling the Club.

I have no idea of what goes on inside the boardroom and I am one of them that frankly "doesn't care" because the buzz I get from being an Evertonian is winning football matches, when the ball hits the back of the net at GP, lifting trophies, that's what makes the hairs on the back of neck stand up! Not a man in a suit sealing a lucrative sponsorship deal!!
Agree mate. And I hate myself for saying this, but you must have a terrific memory.

The attitude that stinks is that of the people who throw their toys out of the pram, trying to find fault in everything and whinge at whatever they don't like the sound of regarding the management. Spouting conjecture without giving Moshiri a chance to do anything is boring now, honestly.
Would these threads about Moshiri be here if our league placement was higher? I doubt it. What the OP has focussed on has pretty much nothing to do with the team or the squad or the football being played. It's nothing more than another avenue for people to air their frustrations.
These kind of people won't be satisfied until we become a lower league side who sack a manager every couple months, just to satisfy their frustrations.

Nobody knows what the future holds, and I for one will be ecstatic if Moshiri actually delivers on investing in the playing squad and building a new stadium. This is why I think January will be very important and an indicator of things to come. If the supposed investment in the playing squad from Moshiri fails to materialise yet again, then I think there is genuine cause for concern.

I hope I am wrong, but I predict that we will spend some of the TV money that we failed to spend in the summer, along with a few fake bids towards the end of the window to make it look like we were ever so close to bringing in new players and almost breaking a world transfer record in the process.
