He could buy the club now, but refuses to do so.

I like your negative vibes trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill. Moshiri has barely had time to get things moving at Everton so lets give him the time to see if he will or will not get us a new stadium and overhaul of the players despite in his short time here. We have learned about players we have been in for, a statement of intent hiring the new manager for lots of money and stadium plans already been discussed. Patience is required before forming the lynch mob.

I don't believe that we made a real attempt to smash the world transfer fee for a defender. Nor do I believe that Moshiri was genuinely concerned about James McCarthy's feelings when it comes to transfer business. If being sceptical about those two claims means I only believe negative stuff, then so be it.
Subsequent to Moshiri's claim Koulibaly's agent seemed to suggest that he was unaware of the bid and where did the £60m disappear to? This is a very dubious claim imo. Would be ecstatic to be proven wrong and see £60m spent in Jan.
As for the McCa is part of the family claim. Total rubbish.

Literally my biggest disappointment with Moshiri, not the summer fiasco, not the lack of 'we have a stadium, lads!', none of that. My BIGGEST disappointment with Moshiri is that the second he took control he didn't bin that absolute waste of a salary Elstone. It's pretty damn close to being unforgivable in my eyes...

Nobody's forming a lynch mob. They are just wondering why Moshiri is so averse to buying the club when he could do so with ease. I agree that it is early days, and that evaluations at this stage are premature. Let's hope we see some signs of actual investment from Moshiri in January.

He can't buy the club now unless the conditions of the options agreement are met - the smaller shareholders are unlikely to sell their holdings until the options have been executed.

What's stopping him from buying shares from minority shareholders? He could buy them with ease.

The smaller shareholders, who are not willing to sell shares currently. If you contact Blankstone Sington and ask to buy shares, there's none available. I do not know a single shareholder who is prepared to sell before Moshiri acquires additional shares through the options agreement. Why? Because the value of the shares can only go in one direction assuming the conditions of the options agreement are met.

Do you see a point where he buys out Kenwight and Woods mate? Or do you think he's looking for further investment to come on board and buy there shares?

I have no real worry about the 49% stuff. You can see he is moving the club in the direction he wants it to go. My worry is really Kenwright and Woods still being heavily involved and would like to see their influence lessened if not diminished.

Right, so the small shareholders are pricing Moshiri out are they? I guess he's made lots of offers but they have all been refused, making his 49.9% shareholding the only possible scenario.
