im just hopin this time next year the team isnt filled with more mercinaries not worth the shirt. the likes of kone wont budge without a buyer qnd who would buy him with old brown shoes not being able to buy in his current role

I think Kones contract is up at the end of the season, and maybe one or two others will at least be in their last year. Personally I admire Kone for coming back from his bad injury, and contributing a good hat trick and some able support to Lukaku, but we moved on when Martinez realised his job was at stake.

I'm not sure it is the same mate. The major shareholders BK JW and Robert earl formerly controlled the club, they made the decisions and managed our decline in PL terms over the last 20 years. It is their management of the club that puts us where we are today.

What decline? We were an average badly run club before they were here. We are still an average club that is more stable now and has never looked in real danger of being relegated into certain doom.

Made such a mess of his first window. Probably set us back about a year and an extra 50 million quid needed just to get us back to being mediocre.

Must be wondering if it's worth the job tbh.

I think we aimed too high in summer, the players that we were going for were way beyond what we could actually get, Why go to a team that finished 11th two seasons in a row and with an ageing squad when you could go to a team that was at least challenging for something?
Can't really see much happening in the Jan window either, the players don't fit into what Koeman is trying to do, not sure that is all the players fault tho.

It's all about wages. Double it, treble it. Or pay what their clubs want then you get your man. The current evidences show we expect too much? Please prove us wrong in January. The boss or whoever dealed with transfer let Koeman down in the summer so we have to make this right in January.
