In fairness to @davek, his first Summer hardly disproved it.
This Summer will be his make or break I feel. If he/they flop again with transfers if I was Koeman I'd walk. He will have been sold a lemon.

There hasn't been a transfer window open for 12 months though.

The signings we've made have improved us.

Schneiderlin was the signing of the Jan window and Gueye has been the signing of the season.

To be fair though mate most of that is fans on the internet getting carried away. The only things I've heard from the club are along the lines that it is going to take some time, which it is. Moshiri can't be blamed because some people thought it was going to change overnight
