The very definition of the word cancer is 'destructive' its nothing to do with the medical condition and you know that.
Lets not continue this sad 2018 trend of trying to find everything offensive where no offence was intended.

No worries mate I thought you was just annoyed at the phrase but fair enough I can see why it looks crass in the circumstances.
