But surely even a man who has no idea about football and coaching can see that the team needs strengthening in crucial positions sooner rather than later. You would also think that appointing his DOF onto the board means he would trust him to spend his money more than any manager that comes and goes.

So what are the rules effecting Everton in regards to FFP i'm not up on them at all and more importantly the rules directly influencing us. Sorry to be a pain I'm just no expert on this.
