Yes it is. Player sales since January/February 2016 is around that figure.

You're trying to make out Moshiri has splashed 500M (including Zaha in that figure) out of his own pocket on players bought which is completely and utterly false.
Since the summer transfer window 2016 it's around 250m sold sold.
The majority coming from stones, Lukaku, gueye lookman and Barkley.

Its more than 250M but ok.

Still the point stands. Your post above is misleading and is trying to indicate Moshiri has spent 500M (bizarrely you included Zaha in that) of his own money on players. You included Zaha in that because you want it to be as high as possible to push your agenda. I've not posted on this forum in over 2 years due to personal reasons, but i've been back for around a week..... I'm onto you already mate.

Don’t know what you chaps are banging on about.. got little lost trying to follow the argument.. but my 2 cents if at all relevant...

When it comes to squad quality net spend is irrelevant.. that’s a funding and cash flow issue.
The more money on the actual transfers the better the players in most likelihood.. looking at the spend of the top teams and their positions over the years proves it.

We are trying hard to catch up and have been lucky with some of the money we’ve received from player sales and TV deals. The fact is a few of those clubs have already spent the money on their individual overhauls.. we’re only been doing it for a couple years, hence we have been spending big recently. It’s damn hard to catch up as has been proven so far.. big part of it comes to hitting on the right manager for the club too.

i am loving this. i have literally never been this excited over a transfer window. We have a world class dof and a manager who clearly has some pull when signing players. This is exciting enjoy it our owner actually wants to win things.

The more you spend doesent mean the better quality for teams outside the top 6.
As it's unlikely they will be world class players.

Someone better check his qualifications as we dont have the money for these players we are after - the battery on his casio calculator is running low.
