Of course Moshri is smart, if he wasn't "Uncle Ussi" wouldn't be giving he's accountant millions of pounds to use for him.
It would be interesting to know what he's angle is and why he's put he's money in from Arsenal to Everton. There's obviously something big in it for him?

More than likely one of three things mate:

1. The real estate around the Liverpool Waters redevelopment - BMD being a catalyst in pushing further investment in the area

2. Money laundering / Russian Government investment into the UK (could tie in to 1.)

3. Maybe just wants a play toy for his ego which they never got at Arsenal due to Kroenke. I said to my Kopite mate who was saying why wouldnt Uz get officially involved if it was a vanity project - well USM Arena as he called it referring to naming rights for the new ground essentially is not just his company but also the initial of his name - thats vanity in itself.

I'm not buying into this 'were skint' sorry but Ancelotti wouldnt of came without the promise of healthy funds to spend.
Now i dont believe we will be throwing money here there and everywhere but for sure if the right player/players come available then we will try and get them.

Does anyone actually think he came with a sell to buy policy?

He wouldn’t be the first manager or the last to be told untruths about what’s available

I think if he didn't come here knowing the state of our finances then he's not as clever as we thought.

He certainly hasn't come expecting not to add players, but he's also clever enough to realise the current Rona crisis changes things.

Esk has said we are skint the last few summer windows and he's not wrong at all.

The accounts are an utter mess, but somehow The Mosh keeps pulling rabbits out.

Defo said we was skint last summer and we bid £50 big ones for Zaha so I assume he will back Carlo because this is the greatest opportunity we have been given in a long time.... well apart from this new stadium..

We dont actually spend that much net each season, last summer was about 32 mill net.

We spent in the 60s net in Silvas first year and the year Lukaku was sold, 30s & 20's net before that.

Still think we will spend a significant amount in the current climate, im guessing around 50mil net.
Maybe a couple of 25mil players and 2 more signings funded by sales...

The first Everton team to take to the pitch when the carpetbagger arrived:

  • Robles
  • Coleman
  • Jagielka
  • Funes Mori
  • Baines
  • Cleverley
  • McCarthy
  • Barry
  • Deulofeu
  • Barkley
  • Lukaku

....today....

  • Pickford
  • Coleman
  • Keane
  • Branthwaite
  • Digne
  • Gomes
  • Davies
  • Walcott
  • Sigurdsson
  • Richarlison
  • Kean

He's overseen half a billion quid's worth of transfer activity (employing all the managers and DoFs who've conducted it), and we had a team the day he arrived that would have wiped the floor with our present team.

The feller is a 'kin disaster.
