Goebbles here at it again, 10 years on still speaking unadulterated Kenwright propaganda.

He was sick? How do you know that?

I heard he was on his death bed just before selling the club which timed well with fan pressure but that turned out to be load of lies.

He’s no “great deal broker” the great deal broker who nearly sold a club to a man in a bed sit.

The great deal breaker who had QIA there ready to buy the club.

Now us being slow in the transfer market is because you’re idol and probably family friend has been locked down?

Absolute wham bars Steve from Wigan.

Unadulterated, pointless tosh. Grow up . And be careful with the use of the word 'lies' I wonder what your name was on Kipper, if youre old enough to remember Kipper?

Its possible although I would imagine that Brands is chief negotiator now? I suppose a lot of teams are just about finishing up their season and the financial uncertainty of the pandemic is slowing things down. I can see more moves happening once European competitions are wrapped up.

Youre probably right in that Brands is chief negotiator. Bill is very much in the background now because things move on and his health is still not good, I suspect. A new chairman fairly soon, I think, and possibly the Russian ?

That is what you’re saying though Steve all of what you have said is unfounded.

He’s a liar, I can name multiple times he lied, like about the safety certificates.

He did tell the truth once though, when he admitted he hasn’t a clue how to run a football club.

Great deal broker hahaha.

You would thinks so....but Mosh at that time would have expected to delegate....it was a fact that he was very green as a head honcho at a football club and Bill was always a dealer, but the targets had to be identified by somebody else e.g. Koeman and Walsh). Give Bill a target and he'd go do the deal if possible on the right terms, for example Lukaku. And I think at the time Walsh and Koeman were going crazy, Bill was quite seriously ill,in fact for some time there was some concern over his long term health(he is still not in good health, and had drawn back on theatrical projects even before the pandemic. I think that during the pandemic he would be locked down as 'at risk'(just as I was/still am) and this might account for Everton being slow of the mark this window.

Then surely a contingency plan should be in place? If the man’s health isn’t the best and hasn’t been for a while, plans should be in place for someone to take over that role temporarily or permanent as to not affect the clubs negotiating so any progress isn’t too hindered?

I realised the current global situation however we have to make some progress this window, that team is a mess.

You do. That's when you have to act. That's why Walsh was potted.

His position was literally untenable, so I don’t think you can credit Moshiri with being particularly decisive.

The point is that Moshiri has overseen many terrible appointments, not just Walsh, but also Koeman, Allardyce and Silva.

I don’t get why he is absolved of blame.

'I wouldn't sell Wayne Rooney for £50m.'

To be fair to him, he certainly didn't.

I actually don't think Moshiri has done a terrible job. He's provided the club with heaps of money and it's been wasted by incompetence. Perhaps his only blame should like in the pursuit and hiring of Marco Silva - which is madness.

Everything else he's done what we wanted. Brought in what was a proven chief scout to be DOF - he along with a successful manager in Koeman spunked it all on absolute drivel. They were playing Football Manager with his money.

Anyone catch the Everton bit in the David Ornstein interview?

Very well connected at Arsenal obviously, maybe I was looking for it but think he threw in a little hint towards Usmanov
