Will always maintain his biggest mistake was maintaining the status quo.
Should have cleared out entire boardroom from day one.
His biggest regret should be missing out on Monchi, and ending up with Steve Walsh.

Not saying it's his fault, but every decision he has made has turned out badly. I just think it would be safer if he let the professionals make the decisions from now on.
I'm not so sure. He was definitely behind tosun and Walcott. He wanted Koeman, Silva and allardyce.Maybe so or maybe he's been badly advised by the so called football men at the club. If I was Moshiri think I would have had enough by now, we are beyond repair. Just hope we suit the area out of Madrid and Ancelotti, honour in football, haha.
Carlo leaving must be a body blow that he will need time to recover from.
I'm afraid I don't feel sorry for him.I feel sorry for Moshiri.
He has chucked so much dough at this club and so far has got sod all out of it.

He should never have agreed to keep BK in situ; should never have entrusted the day-to-day running of the club to BK/DBB; should never have allowed Koeman and Walsh to in effect work against each other in the transfer market AND without a defined strategy; allowed those two, Allardyce and Silva to spend willy-nilly, and stuck his own oar in when he signed Iwobi so late in the transfer window.
He's brought it all upon himself and the biggest losers are US, the fans.
Major shareholders, managers, players all come and go - the only constant with any football club is the loyalty of the rank and file supporter... and inevitably, if there's no proper plan and strategy, and the leadership from the top is weak it's the fans who suffer the most.
Not financially but, most definitely emotionally.
