Now moshiri and brands needs a good talk on where they’re going to lead our football club. There is no philosophy in the club, no style laid out by the director of football. Is he inept or is moshiri just calling the shots? He needs to let brands get on with his job and give him the choice of manager in my opinion

We have become a very unstable club under this man. His intentions are right but we have become dangerously unstable. Kenwright needs to go. Moshiri gets my backing but needs to cull the loser mentality out of the club.

We are no bigger than leeds villa and newcastle all whom went down when stability was not there. Needs to be sorted from top to bottom asap before it is too late.

A intense manager. One with enegry who teams will play on and off the ball with enegry. To hell with the boring football of the last 5 years.

If we get 20 odd million compensation for Carlo then he cost us nothing. I like this more than paying managers years after they've been sacked. We might just be learning.
Its good deal, least this one we havent sacked, after the junk we seen last season a manager with a smaller status would of been in the firing line, he got away with it because of his name

He has undoubtedly put the money into the club and we hopefully will have a new stadium, but my god he has a gift for making bad decisions.

Ancelotti was a bad decision?

Ancelotti got an offer from Real Madrid, having brought through “his” players who instantly improved our squad, improved Calvert Lewin, Davies and to some extent Keane....

I’m not at all happy at how Ancelotti has departed, or in theory, acted throughout his tenure, seeing as he’s basically promised to oversee a tenure leading to the new stadium...

But it’s Real Madrid, no way he wasn’t leaving.

The problem is nobody know who is making the decisions, some of the decisions made in the last few years have been downright bizarre. Who decided to buy all the dross we've bought in recent years, overspending in some areas, while failing to invest in the areas we need to. We've spent all this money and we're further away from finishing in the top 4, then when we had Moyes in charge. If he's not a football man, he should of entrusted a no nonsense fella like Peter Reid or Joe Royle to make sure money wasn't wasted. At least in the past you could blame the manager for signings, now you get the impression, that players are being signed without the managers approval.

6 managers in the five years since he took over. In a worse position. Nothing was more predictable than this.

You can’t point the finger at Moshiri for Ancelotti, nor can you for firing Martinez.

Silva was the right idea, but the wrong manager, he wasn’t ready.

Allardyce was a fix.

Koeman was a disgraceful time which May well define his time at Everton, being realistic. Walsh appointment was muddy, his involvement was messy, Koeman getting his say was just an expensive, truly sabotaging way of burning money.

You just can’t knock him for Ancelotti, and personally we need to go out and do the same. We need the big name, the drawer.

You can point the finger at him for choosing managers of wildly contrasts styles with no coherent philosophy or idea of what this football club is or what it wants to be. He's a rich man who wanted to own a football club and so many people are fine just because it was our club he chose to play about with no matter what he does.

He gave Ancelotti a 3.5 year deal with every intention of changing that philosophy.

not just Moshiri, but all of us, got on board with what was happening, even if the football did turn turgid towards the end of the season.

I thoroughly believe he’s doing everything he can to make Everton relevant... no one predicted Ancelotti to Madrid, absolutely destroying this summer.
I also fully believe he’s learned from his mistakes of Koeman/Walsh.

Been something off about the Moshiri era ever since it began. Just never sat right with me, feels like we lost some sense of identity...and all we got to show for it is instability, boring football and zero achievements.
