Its a shame Moshiri keeps interfering, I think Brands could have been good had he got the managers in place he could work with... Look at this list, Brands is ranked 8th, another interesting one on that list is Michael Edwards who is 2nd and just left the RS.

You could have the worlds best DoF but if he is undermined or isnt allowed to do his job there just isnt any point.
