I am not in the know, but I would imagine that the reports stating that agreements are in place refer mainly to BK and JW.
I do wonder if deals have been struck with other substantial shareholders such as Estate of PG, Grantchester,Abercromby,Cliff Finch, Holland et al.
It wouldn't surprise me if JW kept a few shares as his family have a long history with the club, Grantchester may retain some for a similar reason.
This is purely speculation on my part I hasten to add.

Hahaha by in the know, you two seem to have a understanding of these matters (not saying insider!)

I was looking more at the likes of PG, Granchester et al - I don't think (purely my opinion) woods has interest in offloading. Would be interesting to see if there is deals in place to pick up the rest of BK's shares etc.

Great football and winning matches

As we come off a run of 4 wins in 15 matches....

Moshiri already issuing the public warning to an under-performing boss - love the man already.

Clearest indication that we are going to get major change this summer!

Without getting involved in the tit for tat row that seems to be going on over the managers future.

I don't think the managers job is in the least bit at risk. That may change next season or after that but at present not at all.

The manager has built a squad of players that are the envy of the Premiership. I don't think that is overstated.
Stones,Lukaku,Lennon,McCarthy, Besic,Deulofeu, Galloway, Barkley, Funes Mori have been signed by RM or developed by him.

That is an impressive list on limited funds and I may even have missed one or two.
Even if it is just from a value added perspective it is impressive.

We have a decent record in the cups this season..so far.

I think it is accepted that the team is a work in progress and that time is required to iron out the defensive frailties.

No idea what or who companies house is or what relevance it has to Everton but I'm pretty sure that is the 3 that will be directors.
Companies House is where all limited companies must file changes in directorships etc.
The Everton Football Club is a limited company, therefore must file changes in directorships.
The last change in directorship on the death of Sir Philip Carter was filed electronically.
As soon as a change is filed electronically and the form accepted it is added to the public record within 5 or 10 minutes according to the guy I checked with this morning.
Here endeth the lesson.

Tell me that PG was a typo and you meant Sir Philip Carter!!!

Ta lar.

Would be very surprised if it wasn't changed in the coming days / weeks though

Its where you have to list the directors, charges documents etc for every company to trade (i think thats right).

When a director joins or resigns it has to be registered with Companies House - thats for any business, including EFC

How quickly though??

With changes to shareholders they only have to be notified when you submit your next accounts. I am nots sure if that is the case with directors though. I have just had myself removed as a Director of company as it suited this company moving forward and cause I wanted to be removed but I don't know the legal position of it.

This is Everton mate.
Sir Philip Carter was still a director about 4 months after he died ffs. There is no fine for filing a change in directorship late.(no pun intended)
It is possible that the director's meeting has been held and FM appointed and EFC just haven't filed the form online yet.
Just remembered, must file my annual return!

Changes to shareholders next annual return, not accounts mate.
Directorship filed online within is accepted within a couple of hours tops normally then become public record in 5 to 10 minutes.
