I think blaming the players lets him off the hook, they try but most of them are varying levels of average/bad. Moshiri isn't interested in adressing the team's issues at all.

Change needs to come from the top, or the rot will only continue.

Really he should have apologised directly to the fans for Benitez but instead he rocks up to announce the new manager like nothings happened and he’s doing us a favour

Like or dislike Benitez he has done a lot more bad to Everton then just him. Rightly or wrongly, Benitez was just the tip of the iceberg, the final straw for some, but prior to him Moshiri had been doing 5 years of damage to us, personally im not buying it the ground will benefit Everton at all, we might have a better view but so what, the argument it will generate income dosen't work now because we have had the money, spent it, and wasted it.

Thing is it seems he went against the advice of Kenwright too, which is kind of odd in itself, and a very worrying sign.
Not listening to the man in charge and doing what you want anyway is a sign of madness.
