Moshiri has been a disaster. Wasted millions, interfered constantly without the first clue about football and retained the worst but also one of the most expensive boards in football. We were one lunatic chaining himself to the goalpost from going down. And Kenwright brought him in after spending 18 months getting to know him and assuring us all he was great for the club. If we would still have been in a ground rotting away, it would have been Kenwright’s fault as well. The whole lot just needs sweeping out. If anything is rotting, it’s the entire club under Moshiri and Kenwright. Just get them both gone.

I know ffp is gonna hold us back this summer ,surely with a sale possibly on the horizon wouldn't thought much money will be getting put in the lampard kitty if he's thinking of selling up.

Yes.

Probably not staring down the barrel of relegation and punishments for financial irregularities. Moshiri’s “investment” has done nothing but send us backwards, it’s not like we would be in the Championship if we hadn’t spent £27m on Cenk Tosun.
But we might if we didnt spend 50m on Richarlison.

Out of interest how do we compare to other premier leagues clubs, I'm presuming you are referring to salary?

Hard to say. What we can argue it that we have regressed year on year under moshiri and are probably measurably worse in every metric than we were before he came in:

Squad value - worse
League position - worse
Average age of squad - worse
Financial status - worse
Youth setup - worse
Not sure I totally agree. I would say we are more or less in the same position as when he took over, with the only biggest negative that we are on the verge of ffp.

I don't think its fair to look on Moshiris tenure with too much disapproval. He's done everything he said he would. He's spent as much as the league would allow and he's delivering a new stadium. Every manager that was sacked by him was influenced by fan opinion with the majority wanting that manager sacked. In all honesty I think he has delivered, but unfortunately got unlucky with very big Injuries to signings and on a few occasions maybe interfered too much with dodgy advice from agents.

The issue is that we are in a league that is set up in a way for 6 teams to succeed and for the rest to 'know their place.' To bridge the quality gap he would have had to be allowed to spend double what we spent and even then its no guarantee. I just think a bit of perspective is needed instead of just saying he was crap and a failure and other such accusations.

We need to be careful with this statement. The reports seem to suggest there is still no formal funding in place, hence why he is looking for an investor to pay for it. If we don't find one, what guarantee do we have that it will be completed?

We could be European Champions or we could be in League Two who knows, it’s a hypothetical scenario you can’t paint any way you want. The fact is we’ve regressed and become a bit of a laughing stock under his ownership.

I’ll also tell you that for damn sure Sam Allardyce and Rafael Benitez wouldn’t be staining the past managers tab on the Everton Wikipedia page.

Add to that Koeman and we had high hopes of him.
