They could be far more professional - that's for sure - but also far more evil.

People should not come crying when these boys start asset stripping, doubling season ticket prices, banning rainbow flags, and signing us up with fracking company sponsorship.
Not even the Arab-owned clubs do this.

I think you'll be alright.

As opposed to which owners that don't want that...?

It is about the way they go about it. To be taken over by a syndicate is a nightmare. Who will be in charge and authorise expenditure. I look at the latest example of an American syndicate taking over a club Burnley. They borrowed the money to buy the club and then used the club as an asset to pay of the borrowing thus putting the debt on the club not them selves selves, and have not authorised any expenditure to buy players to replace those who are leaving.

How’s this mate?

He’s kept the same inept board in play for 6 years; we haven’t grown our commercial sector; our youth development is a mess; he’s allowed outside agents to influence the day to day football operations; he’s overseen the the near club destroying financial mis-management; he’s sacked managers with no idea on who he wants to replace them with; his communication with the fans was done via Jim White for 5 years.

But we’ve got a stadium on the docks, that we still don’t know how it’s being funded.

You miss the point if not for Moshiri where would we be now.

Moshiri has been a disaster. Wasted millions, interfered constantly without the first clue about football and retained the worst but also one of the most expensive boards in football. We were one lunatic chaining himself to the goalpost from going down. And Kenwright brought him in after spending 18 months getting to know him and assuring us all he was great for the club. If we would still have been in a ground rotting away, it would have been Kenwright’s fault as well. The whole lot just needs sweeping out. If anything is rotting, it’s the entire club under Moshiri and Kenwright. Just get them both gone.

Replace them with what, an American syndicate, we know nothing about, or how they will finance the deal, no mention of future expenditure, no mention of BMD funding. And above all any decisions will have to a consensus vote of the syndicate as there will be no individual in charge.

If not for him there would not be a new stadium on the docks never m ind asking about funding. What do you think BK and Dr Woods would have managed.

Another who misses my point, if not for him where would we be now ?
We could be European Champions or we could be in League Two who knows, it’s a hypothetical scenario you can’t paint any way you want. The fact is we’ve regressed and become a bit of a laughing stock under his ownership.

I’ll also tell you that for damn sure Sam Allardyce and Rafael Benitez wouldn’t be staining the past managers tab on the Everton Wikipedia page.
