His end goal is to make massive sums of money from us.
Aint nobody stupid enough to think differently.
But there are absolutely loads, thousands, who are stupid enough to think that.

Fair enough, I do not speak for them then. But there are absolutely loads, thousands, who are stupid enough to think that.
The club is for sale for 1 billion.
Aint nobody in the entire world paying 1 billion of anything for this club.
Is it really up for sale for £1 billion?
And if so, bullet point what do you get? New stadium included etc?
Probably more mate.Is it really up for sale for £1 billion?

The new stadium costs are included in that figure.
Probably more mate.
Hes in a hole for about 800million currently, thats what we know about, you can certainly add at least another 2-300m for the Stadium.
As above, hes not doing this cos hes a big fan of Dixie, he wants his money back.
I would imagine he would be very happy to get his money back and bail, yes.You reckon he wants out?
Exactly! We could end up with American owners who buy us out with massive loans, promise lots, but deliver nothing, cream off any profit we do make, secretly collaborate with other yank owners that also know nothing about English/European football, discussing Super leagues, North v South games and other rubbish ideas based on the ‘US model‘ all blindly trying to ruin our historic game.Hes learning from his mistakes.
And he clearly could have got funding for BMD if he wanted, just clearly not on terms he liked.
The world is full of richer people than Moshiri, but look at the clubs in the league, hes 1 of a handfull of owners who invest his own money into the club, doesnt burden it with debt. Hes building us a stadium, hes already invested well over 800m into the club.
So its nonsense to suggest we could do better, utter poppycock if you ask me.

Or we could stick with Moshiri who leads other prem clubs in the fight against such charge, pumps millions into Everton season after season, and after extensive consultation with our fan base is financing / building a new iconic waterfront stadium that every Everton fan can be proud of. Offering us hope and potentially the catalyst to close the gap and set us on a journey to get us back where we belong.
Yes, seasons like the last one = halcyon daysYou all think you want a new owner.
But I can assure you, you really dont.
Whoever we get after Moshiri will be a massive, massive downgrade.
We would be replaced by a new owner? Its not hard to work out what happens if we lost him.If we lost Moshiri , who would he be replaced by ? what would happen to our finances ? and the new stadium ? Never mind the past that cannot be changed think of the future.
You do realise Moshiri appointed him right? You are aware of that?Didnt know Benitez had a sideline in accountancy. In his world he isn’t accountable for anything that goes wrong
So your blaming him? Maybe he wanted to.leave, but we had to sell himUtter bollocks. Richie wanted to leave no question. Wanted to play in Europe and was thinking of the WC.
Yeah, I remember the trophy laden days before Moshiri came.Yes, seasons like the last one = halcyon days
