I'm convinced that we are being deliberately ruined. Is usmanov killing us off as an "Eff you" to the British government for sanctions? Would certainly be high profile.

I can't think of another reason why we are being run so badly.

We didn't know how lucky we had it under Moshiri with an unsanctioned Usmanov doping us up with sponsers and cash whilst finishing 7th-10th.

I think they are from the point of view that it is a high profile British institution. They talk about us and usmanov's involvement in parliament, so it's not like they aren't aware what is going on.

In no metric is Mike Ashley a better owner mate, limited investment, no spend on SJP or the area aound their ground, 2 relegations, best manager appointed under him was Alan Pardew.

Moshiri for his mistakes has still pumped a lot of money in the club, financing the new ground almost on his own, appointed Carlo Ancelotti as manager, overseen numerous top half finishes in the league.

We just have a spoilt element in the fanbase who thought spending £100 millions a season on top of a £700+ million state of the art new stadium being built and a few 7th-10th placed finishes wasn't good enough.

Now we're a mess.

I gave him the benefit of any doubt after seeing his recent YouTube interview.

He promised us a new striker. He said he was about to announce new investment. He said we would be ok.

Currently he hasn’t delivered on any of the above. I feel my trust was misplaced.

After watching that interview he did, it gave me a bit of hope that this guy actually does have an idea of what he’s doing. But he very obviously doesn’t have a clue.
