I'm absolutely delighted about this as a first step though.

A valid concern I suppose however I expect that Kenwright will have been kept as a tool to help facilitate the transfer of ownership.

Kenwright has knowledge of the club which could be useful in the short term, yet in the long-term I doubt he will retain much power at the club.

When further shares are bought and he gets a firm grasp of the reigns of the club, I think we will see changes in the hierarchy.

Perhaps Woods agreed to keep his shares for a few years but with a gentlemans agreement to support Moshiri and then, rather than use money to buy Woods shares, Moshiri invests that into club improvements?

In all honesty though it's hard to see a downside to this. Got a new majority shareholder with tons of cash, and this should lead to investment one way or another.

I've got no real issue with Kenwright staying on for the time-being, though I know many have, as long as the money is spent where it is needed.
